This second generation 997 Carrera 2 S cabriolet has clearly been used on special occasions only. It has been in the care of its most recent keeper since 2015 and has covered fewer than 6,000 in the past 10 years.
Despite the few miles driven, it boasts a full service history with stamps in 2012 (3,812 miles), 2014 (15,690 miles), 2016 (23,471 miles), 2019 (25,292 miles), 2021 (26,365 miles), 2023 (27,296 miles) and 2025 (27,926 miles). This classy cabrio is as impressive on the road as it is to look at…..The Generation 2 ‘S’ models benefit from the refreshed 3.8 litre flat 6 with direct fuel injection, boosting power over the first-generation 997s from 355 hp to 385 hp. Paired with the 7-speed PDK double clutch transmission driving the rear wheels, and enhanced by Sport Chrono, performance is impressive with the roof up or down – 0-62 mph in just 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph.
