What is your perfect Porsche?

We often hear people describe their Porsche as ‘perfect’ or ask us if ours are perfect. Are we all talking in the same language, I don’t think so.

At Williams Crawford we do not assume everything is of the same standard, the way we see it is that the most important thing is to understand what you are buying, avoiding the unpleasant surprises, and choosing not only the right car for you…but also one the is in the right condition.

It’s easy to be seduced into the ‘perfect’ low miles example, and then to find you are afraid to use it. That low mileage spotless example will be perfect for one buyer, but actually, it might not suit another. They might like to tinker, to have something that they can enjoy guilt free, or even something they can rebuild.

We are not just talking about condition – its model type, specification, and cost too. For example on spec, I drove a lovely 991 in palladium silver from the showroom, and it was perfect for me, the smaller wheels gave a better ride, had less chance of kerb rash and were easy to keep clean, whilst the grey interior felt bright and calming…I liked that, but it might not have been for everyone.

Matching your imagined ideal weekend in your Porsche and connecting you with one that will serve you is the sweet spot. This is when we get very happy owners, who promote the idea, encourage others and love their car – that’s a win for us.

The message is…think it through, imagine that perfect weekend, and then come in to the showroom or call us…we are PORSCHE MATCHMAKERS.

Beth, Andy, or Ross are here to help you through the Porsche buying process, so please get in touch.
