Williams Crawford at the Saint-Gouéno Hillclimb Masters 2026

Williams Crawford is delighted to share the results from the 2026 Saint-Gouéno Hillclimb Masters, France, where Richard Williams delivered an outstanding performance in his Mobil 1 liveried Porsche 997 GT3 Cup car.

Competing against a highly competitive international field, Richard secured an impressive win in the GT4 class (with a new class record time) and claiming 8th overall, representing a fantastic achievement at one of Europe’s most prestigious hillclimb events.

Held over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend, the Saint-Gouéno Hillclimb Masters combines top-level competition with a unique motorsport festival atmosphere, attracting drivers, teams and enthusiasts from across Europe.

A Weekend Shared with Clients and Friends

One of the highlights of the weekend was the opportunity to welcome a number of Williams Crawford clients, business associates and friends to Saint-Gouéno.

Motorsport has long been part of the Williams Crawford story, and events such as this provide a wonderful opportunity to spend time with clients outside of the office environment, sharing experiences, building relationships and enjoying a common passion for performance, precision and teamwork.

The Challenge of Saint-Gouéno

Widely regarded as one of the finest hillclimb venues in Europe, the Saint-Gouéno course presents a demanding challenge for competitors.

The fast and flowing route winds through the Breton countryside, combining high-speed sections with technical corners that require absolute commitment and precision. Thousands of spectators line the course throughout the weekend, creating an atmosphere more commonly associated with major international motorsport events.

The famous Fer à Cheval hairpin once again proved a focal point for fans, offering spectacular views of drivers pushing both themselves and their machinery to the limit.

A Strong Performance

Throughout the weekend, Richard demonstrated impressive pace and consistency in the Porsche 997 GT3 Cup car.

Following a series of competitive runs, he secured a remarkable 8th overall position amongst an exceptionally talented field while also taking victory in the GT4 class.

The result reflects not only Richard’s driving ability but also the preparation, reliability and performance of the car throughout the event.

Everyone at Williams Crawford would like to congratulate Richard on an excellent achievement and thank all those involved in making the weekend such a success.

More Than Motorsport

While the competitive element is always important, Saint-Gouéno is about much more than results.

The event provides an opportunity to connect with clients, colleagues and friends in a unique environment, creating memories and experiences that extend well beyond the race course. The enthusiasm of the organisers, volunteers, competitors and spectators once again made the event one to remember.

Watch the Action and Browse the Gallery

To help bring the weekend to life, Richard has put together a special compilation video featuring highlights from the Saint-Gouéno Hillclimb Masters.

The video offers a perspective of one of Europe’s most exciting hillclimb courses and showcases the speed, commitment and atmosphere that make the event so highly regarded within motorsport circles.

We’ve also included a gallery of photographs from across the weekend, capturing the action on the hill, scenes from the paddock, and moments shared with Williams Crawford clients, friends and supporters.

We hope you enjoy reliving the experience with us.
