Porsche 911 3.0 SC coupe 1983

Originally supplied in August 1983, by Porsche Centre Newcastle upon Tyne, the chassis number on this 911 suggests it was the 5th from the last 3.0 SC coupe to leave the Stuttgart factory.

The accompanying history folder illustrates the continuous care and attention this car has received throughout its life, with two large files containing invoices, receipts and MOT certificates, and along with the original service book, there is evidence of at least 22 services.

But it is with the most recent keeper, who took ownership in early 2014, where the most investment has been made.

During 2017 and 2018, approximately 3,000 miles ago, this 911 received a detailed restoration and repaint, along with an engine rebuild, all of which is documented with detailed receipts and almost 1,000 photographs.

Further refurbishment followed in 2021 with an interior retrim in black leather.

The most recent service was carried out here at Williams Crawford in May 2023.
