Porsche 986 Boxster S manual 2000

Recently completed extensive engine build and IMS bearing upgrade.

There are plenty of 986 out there, but few exist that we want to put our name to. We previously supplied this Boxster, and have taken care of it since 2020. We fully appreciate what a really good example it is; a worthy candidate for the major investment that has been made to secure its future. The detailed build was carried out here at Williams Crawford, by our in-house engine specialist.

• Arctic silver metallic with a black hood.

Supplied in July 2000 to C16 UK specification, delivered to the Channel Islands.

A wonderfully balanced chassis, with great performance from a low mounted 3.2 litre flat-six normally aspirated engine.

Entertaining to drive, roof up or down, this first generation 986 is a true modern classic, with all the right ingredients.
