This low mileage Generation 2 987 Cayman has the cleanest undercarriage the workshop has ever seen!

The level of care and maintenance afforded to this Porsche is something rarely seen; it’s absolutely spotless. (Please look at the photos.)

And it’s pretty impressive on the top and inside too.

Visually it’s very appealing; smart Aqua blue metallic paintwork accentuated by Aluminium-Look front and side air intakes and front spoiler lip, plus silver ‘PORSCHE’ logo door decals.

18 inch Boxster S II alloys wheels, red-finished brake calipers, twin Sports tailpipe and chrome mesh rear grilles.

Ocean blue interior with heated leather Sports seats.

The central armrest/storage bin has the Porsche crest embossed into it.

Supplied in April 2012 by OPC Bournemouth and used as their demonstrator vehicle, then 2 private keepers.

With so little mileage covered, the first owner chose to carry out much of the maintenance himself, with regular oil and filter changes. OPC Bournemouth carried out a service approximately 2,000 miles ago which included a new drive belts, a brake fluid change, PDK transmission oil change and new spark plugs. The air conditioning was also recharged and 4 new Michelin tyres were fitted.

A further service was carried out 1,500 miles ago by an independent specialist.

This Cayman has clearly been cared for to a very high standard, garaged, kept on trickle charge and only used in dry weather.

The Generation 2 987 feature the 2.9 litre 6 cylinder motor which produces 265 BHP. Utilizing the Sport Chrono Sport+ feature sees a 0-62 mph time of just 5.5 seconds.
