The 993 cabriolet is one of the most appealing classic Porsche to own. This one has it all – beautiful aesthetics, considered upgrades, a manual gearbox, and it’s a Carrera 4.

Just 1,138 Carrera 4 cabrios were produced, compared to the 15,500 rear wheel drive versions. And with only 40 or 50 of those believed to be C16 UK-supplied right hand drive manual cars, they are rarely available – and rarely this good.

Visually, this 993 is impossible to overlook. Not quite black, not quite grey – finished in L744 Black metallic, a colour that shifts subtly with the light, adding depth and definition to the car’s curves. It’s a rare factory finish, seldom seen on UK-spec 993 Carreras.

And it sits just right – lowered on H&R coilover suspension and fitted with 18 inch Turbo Twist alloys – it looks assured, well balanced and timelessly elegant.
