Porsche Macan S 3.0 V6 petrol PDK 2019

A splash of Sapphire blue and plenty to admire.

There’s a lot to like about this 2019 Porsche Macan S. A great colour combination, a long list of desirable options and a reassuring Porsche main dealer service history.

Sapphire blue metallic bodywork with the sideblades, window surrounds, door handles, roof rails and quad Sports tailpipes all finished in gloss black. Add the SportDesign package with side skirts and SportDesign mirrors, together with 21-inch RS Spyder Design alloy wheels, and it’s a handsome combination that works so well.

There’s also a panoramic roof, privacy glass, tinted LED main headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus) and tinted LED tail lights.

Inside, there’s black leather with Piano black trim. The armchair-like front Adaptive Sports seats are heated, 18-way electrically adjustable with memory, and exceptionally comfortable on longer journeys.

Other details include a heated multifunction GT Sports steering wheel, Porsche crests embossed into the head restraints and centre armrest, plus practical 40/20/40 split-folding rear seats with a load-through facility and ISOFIX anchors.

The list of options continues with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Power steering Plus, front and rear ParkAssist with reversing camera, cruise control with speed limiter, lane departure warning, three-zone climate control, heated windscreen and powered tailgate.

Porsche Communication Management (PCM) includes online navigation, voice control, digital radio, Apple CarPlay and USB connectivity, accompanied by a Porsche Sound Package.

Under the bonnet is the 350 hp 3.0 litre turbocharged V6, driving all four wheels through the seven-speed PDK double-clutch transmission. Proper Porsche performance, with the practicality of an SUV.

The service book has six stamps, all from the same Porsche main dealer. Supplied with two keys, book pack, service book and manuals, plus our own six-month warranty.
